The correct timing to drink water will maximise its effectiveness to our body:

1.Two glass of water 30 minutes b4 meal will help digestion.

2.one glass after u wake up help in active internal organs.

3.one glass b4 u sleep will help avoid stroke or heart attack at midnight.

4.one glass taking bath helps lower blood pressure...

5.3 lit of water a day helps to avoid dehydration during summer.
