First off all forgot about Pulsar 180cc bike.
its waste of money. but it will give u millage of 40+ if u need a avg. bike then its not good 4 u
i m telling u my own exp. even the main problem of this bike is Timing chain and chain set . its chain set is not best, u have to change after every 10000km. and its chain set sound is too noisy .
IF u don't think about average then
Karizma is killer looking bike . Fz will give u 52+ , depend upon ur driving as u said u need for rough use den FZ give u near about 44+ kmpl

Pros.
1 . Look
2 . Pickup
3 . Handling

cons.

1. Karizma price
2. Maintenance cost
3. average
Karizma avg. is 30kmpl in rough and 35-40kmpl when u
drive gently .

In My search and opinion u should go for FZ
Bcz of its stability , handling , and average around 52Kmpl.
i have Pulsar 180cc and 200cc thats y i m suggesting u that not go for pulsar 180cc

Best Option is Sony PS3 120GB or Sony PS3 250GB SLIM model
i choose this bcz it has so many new features like free online gaming , fast speed, etc.
Microsoft Xbox360 Elite is also a good option , reason behind that is u have number of choices of games in it .
It has a Xbox360 live option through which u can play online games but u have to pay every month or every year for that facility . It is slower Den SONY PS3.
Basically main advantages is u have so many choices of games in Xbox360 .
if u look SONY PS3 it has all New features Like HDMI (HIgh defination media interface)cable . Free Online gaming (Main advantage) so u dont have to pay extra money every month or year. : 9:
