1. If You Want To Join Oops Just Post In "Join Oops"...If Your In Oops-Universe Or Oops-Titan Will Give You Your Id And You Cant Make Your Own Id Wiht Some Oops Name.

2. Spammer Wil Be Banned. And Fake Id Creators Ip And Email Address will Be Baned :)
