Please help very urgent and important

Hey GM's and Mod's ,
Once virus attacked my laptop.
Many files got corrupted.
So i installed McAfee Antivirus and deleted many viruses and trojan.
But , the infected files are still present in my laptop. (No virus or trojan present).
So i have the problems :-
1. I cant access WMP.
2. I can download but cant open all the files.
3. Cannot see videos.
4. Cannot extract files from a download.
5. CK problem......its not updating for me(Start is in chinese in the up) and i uninstalled it and downloaded again but 1ce ii click on CrazyKart icon it says "Windows is searching for Crazykart.exe.Click browse to select an option." So i cant reapir my karts n do anything in SHOPPING MALL. Even i redownladed as ARUN said but still i can't play. Please do help.

Should I format my pc?? Will everyhtinhg be alruight after formating?
Please some one help me.
And Tell me the steps to format (i have windows XP)

I understood your problem completely .Sometimes, when you visit unauthorised websites like XYZ Some scam files install's on your computer remotely and it will show you 21 virus attack and make your computer work slow and it will ask you to purchase the full version of the software to remove those files .


Wt you need to do is, format your pc and use good antivirus ( Full version )
If you don't have anti-virus full version.Ask me in G-Talk i will give you full version and lastly, McAfee is a crap antivirus its of no-use ( Don't use that)

this was attacted for me also day before yesterday all my redidit files were corrupetd thn bro said to reinstall i did now superb

go to meteor shop and ask he will provide u the link thn downlaod and burn the files to cd properly ok i know the link but the shop is der to provide go and ask :)
